Throughout high school and college in Madison, WI, Collette assisted her family owned and operated real estate brokerage firm. This experience gave Collette the background and knowledge of the industry that have consistently made her a leader in the field. After spending several years in Washington, DC and Jacksonville, FL she relocated to Atlanta in 1995.

Collette has 19 years of sales and marketing management experience in the real estate and telecommunications industries. She is experienced and well versed in new product launches, budget management and contract negotiation. She not only sells real estate, but is also an investor herself. The family owned and operated BLYTHE LLC focuses on purchasing property for rental to participating families in the Section 8 HUD program in Metro Atlanta.

Collette is considered an expert not only in the Atlanta market but nationally as well. She continues to appear as a real estate expert for hit television shows on HGTV like Design To Sell, My First Place and Bang For The Buck. In order for Collette to continue to be one of the top Realtors in her field she is heavily involved in local community and civic associations. She was a founding memberof the Ashford Alliance Community Association (AACA) which represents over 25,000 households in the Atlanta market. She is instrumental in keeping residents informed of local community developments with her Collette's Community Connection (C3) news letter. This Monthly newsletter keeps the northern Atlanta communities informed of government, transportation and recreational happenings.

She also believes in giving back to her community and friends by operating a free, nonprofit health and fitness program called Recession Free BC. This focuses on using the community parks, fields, sidewalks and streets to encourage health and fitness while getting to know the neighborhood environment. Collette has given back to hundreds of people and was recently featured in Atlanta Parenting Magazine as a local community super hero.
