"We had an outstanding experience with Collette representing us on the sale of our home. She de\monstrated deep market knowledge, expertise in managing the sales process and was very responsive to all of our inquiries. More importantly, however, Collette provided the most value that any seller can ask for...she delivered our buyer. Through her broad contact base and her understanding of the home characteristics that a specific buyer is looking for, Collette identified a buyer that was seeking a home just like the one we were selling. "When I think of Collette, so many adjectives come to mind: knowledgeable, self-assertive, intelligent, intuitive, alert, organized, prepared, watchful, diversified, aggressive yet cautious, beautiful inside and out, etc. We were so fortunate to have had her assigned to us through our relocation process. "I wanted to tell you about the terrific job that Collette McDonald did in helping us find a home. Like so many of today's Atlantans, we are new to the area and did not have the first clue about where in the metro area we wanted to live. Collette drove us all around the city and the suburbs until we had a better sense of the different communities. She even arranged a tour of schools for my wife, giving her point to point driving directions to over a dozen schools in East Cobb. Once we settled on an area, she showed us home, after home, after home, after home, until we found one that we could love. I am sure she felt at times that she had seen more homes with us than any other client. Even during the negotiations, she gave us valuable advice from stucco inspections to radon related issues. "I can't thank you enough. Being debt free and having money in the bank feels so great.

As a first time home seller, I had no idea what to expect. I was overwhelmed with the listing process, disclosures, the inspection process and the potential pitfalls. I made the costly mistake of signing with another agent before being referred to Collette. With my first agent, my home (in a very "hot" part of town) sat on the market for months getting little traffic, even less advertising, and not a single offer. My first agent was a "volume agent" -- incommunicative, unable to answer my questions, and didn't take a personal interest in selling my home. I fired him as soon as possible, convinced all agents operated in this way.

When a co-worker referred me to Collette, I was skeptical. But, armed with the knowledge that she sold my co-worker's home in 5 days, I met with her. One meeting with Collette convinced me. What struck me immediately was how incredibly professional, sharp, and honest Collette was. She toured my home, walking me through every room, pointing out quick and easy fixes that would provide incredible return in the asking price. She was honest and up-front, and explained the entire process to me. She had researched my neighborhood so completely before our initial meeting that she knew more about my intown neighborhood than I did!!

I was nervous about the process of selling, and asked endless questions from day one through the closing. Collette and her entire team were endlessly patient with me, helped me every step of the way, explained the process fully and answered every question I had, sometimes even before I asked it.

I am results-oriented. The bottom line is this: my house sat for months on end with the first agent, but with Collette, my house sold almost immediately for 98% of my asking price - (and this was in a slow market).
