Courtney’s love of Atlanta comes by her honestly. Her great-grandfather was the fiftieth Mayor of Atlanta, helping establish the Atlanta City Proper boundaries lines. She is the third generation after him to become an Atlanta real estate industry expert. Courtney excelled in school, graduating from the top ten nationally ranked undergraduate program in Real Estate, the Georgia State University J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
Her extensive experience with new construction sets her apart from other REALTORS® and real estate agents in Atlanta and Brookhaven. Early in her career, Courtney had the opportunity to sell for the top privately held builder in the nation. There, she honed her skills of reading architectural plans, balancing design elements, and understanding the extensive build process.
Courtney has transitioned back into selling residential real estate and leveraged her industry expertise, natural negotiation skills, and passion for helping people to help her clients buy and sell homes. She also has her Real Estate Negotiation Expert Certification (RENE). Courtney now partners with the top team, Collette McDonald & Associates of eXp Realty, and is looking forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
