Litisha has been professionally licensed since 2004 by the State of Georgia as a real estate agent to assist buyers and sellers in completing a stress-free real estate transaction. She is also a member of the National and Atlanta Board of REALTORS®, abiding by their strict code of ethics.

Litisha Cooper will be your “personal” real estate professional on the complete home buying or selling process. Ms. Cooper can provide a comparative market analysis to accurately determine your home’s value and enlist marketing strategies proven to sell at the highest price, in the least amount of time, with the least amount of stress. She will guide you through your loan approval process and the actual touring of available homes, negotiating offers on your behalf and facilitating your complete transaction through closing and handing over of the keys. She helps buyers and sellers make informed decisions and provides them with the essential connections to services needed – including lenders, stagers, contractors and more.

Litisha is originally from the Pee Dee Region of South Carolina but has grown to love the Metropolitan Atlanta area that she serves. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Business and Finance, from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, South Carolina, and obtained her Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from Troy University in Troy, Alabama. Ms. Cooper has also worked in many capacities at Emory University over the years and has inside knowledge about the area. She enjoys travel, near and far, beaches and spending time with her grandnephew and wing man, Tyler!
