She is also a professional home stager and offering this service as an added value to her clients that are selling their homes. She has published articles in the NW Georgia Living Magazine on floral design and decorating trends.
Wannetta has also served as a volunteer Court Appointed Special Advocate appointed by a judge to advocate for a child in court proceedings. She was awarded Most Kids Served in 2009. Wannetta also served as a volunteer Magistrate Court Mediator for small claim cases in Floyd and Cobb counties.
Wannetta has several years of experience in property management of Independent Living Senior Living communities in South Carolina, Greensboro, NC and Alpharetta, GA before moving back to Carroll County and pursuing a career in real estate.
